From Goose Island to Shock Top to Stella all the way to Best Damn Root Beer, there is a beer for everyone no matter what your beer of choice is. This is one spot to take a risk and try out a new and unique beer. In addition to all of your favorite beers, this is the Beer Park, so you can expect to find such delicacies as the Goose Island Bourbon County Stout.
Don’t be fooled by the name beer centric theme, the food at the Beer Park is fresh, creative and incredibly tasty. There is nothing frozen here, all the meats and ingredients are fresh and that freshness comes through in each and every dish. If you are looking for an appetizer to share, the smothered waffle fries are as good as anything on the Las Vegas strip. Perfectly crisp and hot waffle fries are topped with a tasty and rich Bass IPA beer sauce, tender pulled pork and add the egg to make this dish truly explode. Not far behind those are the loaded tater tots. These also feature the Bass IPA beer sauce and who doesn’t love a perfectly crisp tater tot topped off with crispy bacon bites and sour cream.
The Beer Park has a burger for every appetite, but the one that steals the show is the “Kahuna Cowbo Burger”, This burger brings in more flavors and layers than almost any burger on the Las Vegas strip. The perfectly grilled patty is 100% beef brisket and it is topped off with; candied bacon, pineapple, jalapeño, BBQ sauce, Swiss cheese and it is all held together with a wonderful pretzel bun. You might be a little surprised to hear that the barbeque portion of the menu from pork ribs to chicken to prime rib is all flavorful and tender, you can’t go wrong with any of that trio. Another perfectly prepared dish is the Shocktop-battered Alaskan cod, fish-fry as well as the incomparable Ahi Tuna salad. The Ahi tuna seared and tender that is complimented by the cabbage, cilantro and ginger sesame dressing.
